Church Administration Part-Time
The Church Administration is a salaried part-time position, responsible for supporting the administrative, communication, and organizational needs of the church. The ideal candidate is skilled in both traditional administrative tasks, while being able to be adaptive and flexible to the needs of a small congregation. This role is pivotal in advancing the UMCLW’s vision for worship services and community engagement.

Required Skills and Qualifications
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proficiency in weekly service. (Communication, promotion, and publicity)
Competent computer skills necessary to perform administrative tasks
Familiarity with technology tools such as EZ Worship, YouTube Studio, Google Drive, Canva, Breeze and Wix.
Flexibility and adaptability in working with various worship participants.
Accountability

The Administrative Support reports to the Pastor
and is accountable to the Leadership Team and Staff Parish Relations Committee.
A 60-day probationary period will begin upon hire, with a performance review at 40 days.
Either party may terminate employment during the probation period if the role is not a good fit.
A background check is required prior to employment.

Compensation
$20 per hour for 10 hours per week (up to $25 per hour based on experience and expertise). With Comp time and Flex time managed in communication with the Pastor
